Your membership in a telecommunications cooperative is a valuable resource for you and your family or business. Since the 1950s, Randolph Telephone Membership Corporation has taken its services right out into the rural communities… into places that the “big” companies wouldn’t serve. Randolph TMC made that commitment in order to improve the lives of the people who chose to live and raise their families in less populated areas.

Today, we’re providing the latest technologies and services to those same communities, because we care about their economic well being and their sense of “connection” to the world. As a cooperative member, you have local people ready to serve you in local offices that are staffed to provide you with telecommunications services at the lowest possible price. When measured by quality and personal attention to your needs, you will find Randolph Telephone’s service to be superior to its competition.

We will identify the needs of our members/subscribers and the communities we serve through personal communication with them, and we will focus our resources and energies on meeting those needs in the most technologically advanced and economical way possible.

We will measure our actions by standards of honesty, trust, and fairness, responding promptly to the needs of our members/subscribers.

We will provide products and services that are equal to or better than those of any competitors, and we will treat our customers with courtesy, respect, ongoing personal involvement, and attention to the overall well-being of their families and communities.

We will be ever mindful of our obligation to empower our employees with training, support, and a working environment that maintains a focus on meeting the needs of customers with a positive attitude.
