* To receive DSL service, you must be a Randolph Telephone dial tone customer. A credit check is mandatory to determine whether customers qualify for the twelve month commitment plan. DSL users will not be allowed to host web sites, e-mail servers, etc., using these connections. Actual transmission speeds experienced by the customer will vary. RTMC will not be responsible for service issues related to customer’s computer, network, or software. Geographical limitations in certain areas may prevent the operation of DSL service. Randolph Telephone will not offer its service in these areas until such requirements are met that will allow proper operation of DSL service. We will pre-qualify potential customers to determine whether their location falls within the distance requirements for DSL service.

Randolph Telephone’s installation is to demarcation point. Installation does not include inside wiring or telephone jacks. A NIC is required to connect to the DSL device. If the customer provides a NIC, then the customer must install and configure the card. Customer will incur labor charges if their physical DSL location is changed, and Randolph performs on-premise work or central office work to restore DSL service.
