10 Digit Dialing With Two Rate Plans:

1. PEAK PERIOD (From 8:00 am to 7:59 pm)
All calls are billed at $0.10 per minute (Mon-Fri).
2. OFF-PEAK PERIOD (From 8:00 pm to 7:59 am)
All calls will billed at $0.08 per minute (Mon-Fri, All day Sat & Sun, 5 Major Holidays).
*All calling plans are prorated based on the date you add the plan. All of the plans are on a per line basis.

Dialing Instructions:

1. Determine whether the destination you are calling is listed as “Local” (EAS) to your prefix or “Expanded Local Calling Area” (ELCA).
2. If it is shown as Local, DIAL 7 DIGITS (XXX-XXXX).
3. If it is in the list for your Expanded Local Calling Area (ELCA), DIAL 10 DIGITS (XXX-XXX-XXXX).
4. If you do not find your calling destination, or if you get a recording saying that your call cannot be made as dialed, then your call will not be classified as an ELCA call. It will be necessary for you to dial 1+ the Area Code and the Number and you will be making a Long Distance (Toll) Call, which will be handled by the long distance company you have chosen.
